If you are looking for an easy and delicious chocolate truffle recipe, you’ve come to the right place! This is a favorite healthy, raw, vegan, flourless and delicious dessert. Perfect snack for lunch boxes, work, school or before a workout. Enjoy!


1 cup dates, soaked in hot water
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsps peanut butter
3 Tbsps cacao powder

Chocolate coating
1 cup good-quality, dark chocolate chips
1 cup finely shredded coconut

Combine the ingredients using a food processor. Mix until well blended. Using an ice cream scoop, form 1 1/2 inch balls in diameter, pressing them firmly with your hands.
Gently melt the chocolate over very low heat. Be very careful not to heat the chocolate too much as it can burn.
Working with one ball at a time, drop the ball into the chocolate and use a spoon if needed to pour the chocolate over the ball so that it is completely covered in chocolate. Scoop the ball out of the chocolate using a fork and roll it in the coconut flakes. Balls are ready to eat or may be refrigerated 2 hours to become firmer.
