It is easy to eat healthily, just use organic anti-oxidant rich berries, immune-boosting yogurt and sprinkle the powerful anti-aging superfood – cacao nibs. Skip the added sweeteners for a healthier pick, the fruit makes it naturally sweet.

INGREDIENTS

1 Grapefruit (peeled)
1 Banana (ripe)
1 cup of mixed organic berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
3 tablespoons plain yogurt (no sugar added)
1/2 cup spring/filtered water
1 tablespoon organic cacao nibs

*Makes 2 Servings

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture into a glass
Enjoy!
