Easy and Healthy BBQ Chicken Kabob Recipe

Fire up the grill and try this delicious chicken kabob recipe this weekend!

Summer is here, and it is the perfect time to BBQ, spend time with family and friends and enjoy a delicious meal in your backyard!

The recipe below can be made with other meat or without meat (if you are a vegetarian).



5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into ½ inch cubes

5 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon rosemary

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

A few slices of bacon

Onion slices

Bell pepper slices

Zucchini and or squash slices

Cherry tomatoes




Marinate the chicken breast cubes in the tasty mixture of olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, rosemary and lemon juice seasoning. Then prepare the vegetables and salt them, take a skewer and slide the chicken, bacon, zucchini slices, squash slices, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and bell pepper and cook on medium-high until the chicken is cooked. Serve with your favorite fresh salad.
